Lessons and Carols

On December 5th, the Music Ministry of Sacred Heart Church joined with the parish in a service of Lessons and Carols in preparation for Christmas. The service, which was well attended by the congregation, mixed scripture readings with some traditional and non-traditional Christmas songs. Janet Conte directed the production and Patty Richards provided musical accompanyment.

At the conclusion of the service, free will offerings were collected for the benefit of Habitat for Humanity, and refreshments were served in the hall for everyone's enjoyment. What a great way to start the holiday season!
